Return & Exchange Eligibility

Manufacturing Defects

If the product has a manufacturing defect, customers may request a replacement or refund within 30 days from the delivery date.

After the product has been inspected and the defect has been confirmed, NEW YORK CITY will cover all shipping costs related to the replacement or return.
