We currently ship within Egypt only.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Shipping Partner

Orders are delivered through Bosta and may be shipped through other trusted logistics partners when necessary.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.
• All Other Governorates: 2–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the customer’s delivery location and are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to NEW YORK CITY.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
